Track your order

Every order is made to order and hand-stitched just for you, so production takes about 1–2 weeks before your package ships.

How to track your order

1. Check your email. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link from our courier. Click it to see live delivery updates.
2. Log in to your account. Visit your account page to view your order history and status at any time.
3. Still need help? Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we will check the status for you.

Order stages

Your handmade order moves through these stages:

• In production — your piece is being hand-stitched (1–2 weeks).
• Quality check — we inspect every garment for safety and finish.
• Shipped — your order is on its way, with a tracking link in your email.
